A nice hotel, rooms are clean and spacious. The rooms look like they have been refurbished recently. Lobby, bar and breakfast facilities are good. Good location for attending a gig at Wuhlheide, around 5-10 minutes in a taxi. Close to transport links.

Great place, near to all kind of services and beautiful views. Receptionists speak multiple languages and are very kind and helpful. Food is delicious. Matias and Gaby are excellent persons and deserve a big bonus.

Gabriela the receptionist was lovely a real asset.Friendly and helpful.On our 2nd night the bar was closed by 9.50 pm.Not great when on holiday.I don't understand why it was not open.Also our toilet seat was propped against wall reported this.Be more generous with coffee machine and allowing customers to have one whenever they like.Thought it was very tight that we were not allowed.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious. There’s even a small kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, and basic cooking facilities, which is really convenient. Breakfast is decent, and the staff at the reception are generally friendly. It takes about an hour to reach Alexanderplatz from here. The area itself is quiet and peaceful.

Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Good gym for the hotel. River view from every room. Tea and coffee available for free all day long at the reception breakfast area. If you need a place to stay in the area close to university that’s a good choice.

I was disappointed with my stay. The internet connection was unreliable, and there was no coffee provided in the room- small but meaningful oversights that impacted my experience. As an international traveler arriving on an early morning flight, I was especially surprised and frustrated that no effort was made to accommodate an early check-in. I spent the first seven hours after arrival uncomfortably camped out in the lobby or wandering the neighborhood, which, I should note, has limited options for passing the time (I would not choose to stay in this location again). Overall, the lack of hospitality and basic amenities left a lot to be desired.

Great location, right near tram stop and a 10 min walk from rail network. The food for breakfast was lovely and a great choice for you to choose from on the buffet. The room was great, and there was plenty of space for me and my partner. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and spoke English brilliantly. Will definitely be going back there when we next visit Berlin.

Rooms are relatively spacious and clean. All in all pretty standard but obviously dated in some regards. Service is appropriate for the given price category. The hotel's location is quite far from the city center, but an S-Bahn Station to the city is just a 10-15 minute walk away.
