Adina Apartment Hotel Munich

We've stayed at several Adina properties in Germany, and this one has a lot of unique attributes. First of all, it is located relatively far from the city centre in an up and coming district, but it is a short walk from the Munich East railway station from where you can get a train that takes you downtown in about 5 minutes. We enjoyed our train trips into the city. This is also a very new hotel, only being open for 4 years. It has a very modern design and a lot of very nice touches. It takes up several floors of a tall building which has a hostel on the bottom few floors and other occupants on the upper floors. The reception area and restaurant are on floor 14, with the lovely pool and gym on the 15th. The service was excellent. Michael at the reception desk was particularly helpful in taking care of our every need Our only real issue with the hotel was the layout of the one bedroom apartment we booked. We like a one bedroom unit as my wife and I live in slightly different schedules. She likes to stay up late while I like to get up early. We book one bedroom units so we aren't bothering each other's sleep. But this one bedroom apartment doesn't have walls that separate the bedroom and livingroom/kitchen space. It's a very modern, beautiful looking concept, but it doesn't offer that seperate space. The main door also opens straight into the bedroom, rather than the livingroom, which seemed a bit odd as well. It was a beautiful apartment, with a lovely bathroom and blackout curtains that work exceptionally well and most people will likely be very happy with it, but if you're looking for separate space like we were, you should be aware of the setup. All that's said, it's a beautiful hotel with great staff, and worth considering for a visit to Munich.

Stayed four nights here and I grew to love this hotel. The one bedroom apartment deluxe was good four our needs although the bathroom (like many European hotels) did not have much space for toiletries.It did have a washer/dryer, which I need while traveling for such long time periods. This is popular hotel and bar/restaurant (the Fitz Roy) with younger couples and business people. Nice bar and they have a roof top bar as well. Staff were kind and professional. I liked the location. Becasue it was quieter than being in a more touristy area. It was a bot of a walk to Marienplantz, but we enjoyed that and did not mind it at all. Very clean, modern and new!

We are Aussies so knew and trusted the Adina brand which attracted us to stay as well as the lure of a washer / dryer in the one bedroom apt. ||It was a good stay and a short walk to East Munich Station. ||We loved using the gym and the bar on the 14th floor. ||Our room was good (and the washing machine excellent) but there were lots of scuff marks on the living room walls and missing towel hooks in the bathroom. Easy things to fix. ||Staff in the bar were great. Friendly and attentive. ||A few more smiles at reception would’ve gone a long way on the two occasions we went there (check in and check out).

Rooms are fine, amenities are fine, gym is fine. But the noise coming from the concert halls next door is DEAFENING and runs past the noise ordenance timing. If you're traveling for work or with kids, good luck. Separately, they advertise the restaurant but in reality every time I've been here they've been hosting private events so you can't actually get food at the hotel itself.

Nice new Adina hotel in Mitte of Munich. We liked the location as it is close to Ostbanoff and a 40 minute walk to the touristy area of Munich Old Town. Staff is excellent, very clean rooms and modern. Fitzroy bar and restaurant are very nice. Buffet breakfast good although a bit pricy, but it is convenient. Rental car agencies are also close by to pick a rental car which is a plan….convenient.

The Adina is a brand I am well familiar with as an Aussie and it was great that I got the familiar Adina experience in Munich. Perfect for business or pleasure the rooms are well appointed and you can cater for yourself or enjoy the restaurant and room service. The location is a little out of the old town (about 15 minutes on the train) and if you are attending a conference the expo centre is about half an hour away on the train. Great for corporate events too. Loved the name of the nightclub - Wombat. We all know what a wombat does!

I am a frequent travelling to Munich and I love to stay in Adina. In normal situation I don’t mind which room I stay, but this time I travel with my mom and my son so one of the requirement is to have the best view with sufficient space. Initially, I booked a one bedroom but unfortunately it is facing the back side of the building so I request to change and happy to pay upgrade or even downgrade. Anja from the reception has been extremely patient and helpful on thinking of any possible solutions and show me the different rooms, in the end, I have the best one that is available and my son is extremely happy to be on the highest floor and he can look at S bahn comes and goes. The service quality and attitude is marvellous, I really appreciate Anja’s attitude and time to help me on the mission impossible. I would definitely recommend to everyone who likes to have a quality stay with amazing views, also enjoy the nice service quality here. Thank you once again Anja.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Who could've thought that you may want to wash your clothes multiple times during your stay /s? Breakfast was awesome and totally worth it! Sometimes they have deals with breakfast included for free if you book directly. But even having to pay 30€ it is worth it. Location is nice, close to the rail station - about 10-15 minutes walk, depending on your pace. Rooms are not huge but very functional: fridge, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. Pool and gym with beautiful views. No loud noises mentioned in other reviews during my stay. I would definitely stay here again! Kudos to the reception and breakfast staff for making my stay even more enjoyable!
